DELIVERY

Local Bristol Deliveries (£2):
Local Bristol orders will usually be delivered Tuesday to Thursday by our very own Drayman, Liam.
We usually deliver to the following postcodes on these days, for orders received by 10am on your delivery day:

Tuesday - BS3 - 5 & 13 - 16

Wednesday - BS1 & 2

Thursday - BS6 - 10 (BS8 1, 2, 4 only)

Bristol postcodes outside of the above will usually be sent via a national courier, shipped Monday to Thursday, to be delivered on a 24hr service. (See further courier information below in the 'National Deliveries' section)

**PLEASE NOTE: If you pay with accelerated payment (e.g. Apple Pay) Shopify will charge you the full £5.99 delivery cost. Please checkout in full to take advantage of our reduced local delivery charge.**

 

National Deliveries (£5.99):

National Deliveries are posted out via a courier, shipped Monday to Thursday.

All national deliveries are sent via courier on a 24hr service, however delays are still expected due to high volumes of parcels being sent, please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery before getting in touch.

Once shipped you will receive an email from the courier with a tracking number for you to check on the status of your parcel. Please raise any queries related to the delivery of your order with the courier.

We don't send your beer on a Friday to avoid it sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend.

Order by 1pm to get same day shipping (Mon to Thurs).

 

Click and Collect (FREE):

Order for 'click and collect' from our brewery in St Philips. The Can Shop is open Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm and is located at Unit 2, William Street, St Philips, Bristol, BS2 0RG (just a 5 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads). (We are sometimes open outside these hours - please contact us to check)

 

Tricky to deliver to?

Leave us a short note at the checkout and we'll pass this on to our Drayman, or the courier company.

 

Delayed Delivery Options:

Ordering a gift in advance? Want beer for an occasion but don't have enough fridge space?

We offer a 'Delayed Delivery' service. Simply make a note on the 'Trolley' page at the checkout with your desired delivery date and we will do what we can to get it there for your specified date.

We do have some limitations due to 3rd party couriers and our own restrictions, so please consider asking for delivery a day or two before you actually want it, to avoid disappointment. Please also take note of our Bristol delivery days above for local postcodes.

Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays outside of our control and we do not deliver on weekends.
